Palamadai S. Jayakumar is a financial services veteran with 30+ years of experience. Former MD & CEO of Bank of Baroda, he led its landmark merger and transformation. A Citibank alum and fintech entrepreneur, he was named Banker of the Year (2018) and continues to drive innovation across financial services.
Independent Director
Shailesh Haribhakti is a renowned independent director, thought leader in ESG, and advocate of “Innovate to Zero.” A Chartered and Cost Accountant, he serves on top Indian boards and chairs key committees. He received the Vivekananda Sustainability Award (2022) and GCB.D designation, championing sustainability, governance, and shared value creation globally.

Roberto Leonardi, Non-Executive Director, brings 25 years of global insurance experience across Asia, Europe and South Africa. As Generali Asia’s Regional Officer, he has led major roles at AXA, Munich Re, and UnitedHealth. A chartered accountant by training, he specializes in business transformation, health insurance, and strategic growth across markets.

At Generali, she leads Insurance Business Performance in Asia and previously managed €400B in assets.
